  2. Premium Standard

II. Streamlined Claims Process

  1. Documentation Requirements 

    • Screenshot of logistics tracking details (including exception status indicators).
    • Order number and corresponding logistics tracking number.
    • Third-party proof (e.g., exception statement from the courier company).
  2. Protection Claim

    • Contact the store via email to report the logistics exception and submit a claim for Logistics Exception Protection.
